I made this Stegosaurus birthday cake for my son. We gave him an early birthday party while visiting my family overseas, so you will see another birthday cake in a few months! This was a simple and yummy chocolate cake with a delectable buttercream frosting. I made one 9-inch round cake and cut it in half. The first semi-circle formed the body, and most of the appendages were carved out of the second semi-circle.
